DHA traffic platoon is performing limited traffic control duty within DHA for smooth flow of traffic at main roads/junctions but due to gradual increase of residents and vehicles in DHA area it was tremendously felt to implement law and orders for the smooth flow of traffic. Ten motor cycles, 250 –CC are purchased for this purpose and fifteen traffic sergeants have been enrolled to control traffic hazards. These Traffic Sergeants were trained from Police Training School Chung Lahore under supervision of SSP and IG Punjab.
