CUSTOMER'S QUERIES REGARDING EX PARK VIEW BALLOT Following are the general objections / queries of Ex Park View allottees about their adjustment in Phase-VII:- | Query | Result not available for some plots e.g 8/C/518, 8/C/596 10 Marla, 8/C/4689 1 Kanal ? | | DHA Reply | Ballot Results are available on DHA Website as well as on Notice Boards being displayed in DHA Main Office, Y Block Commercial. | | Query | Why are plots shifted to Phase VII ? | | DHA Reply | Since land in Phase-VIII is not available plots are relocated in Phase-VII. | | Query | What if owner is not interested in phase-7 plot | | DHA Reply | Plots can be restored in Ex Park View if owner gives an undertaking stating that he can wait till the clearance of encumbrance. | | Query | What are development charges? | | DHA Reply | - For plot owner’s there are no development charges. Owners have to clear their left over dues.

- 10 Marla - Rs. 0.9 Million
- 1 Kanal - Rs. 1.5 Million
- 2 Kanal - Rs. 2.4 Million
